Refunds & Cancellations

Saani Light sells installed permanent lighting and exterior cleaning services. This policy explains how payments, cancellations and refunds work. Questions: info@saanilight.com or +1 (213) 664-2331.

1. How you pay

Free quote: $0. Requesting a quote never costs anything and does not commit you.
Permanent lighting: 50% deposit at booking, the remaining 50% on installation day, after you sign off on the finished work.
Your deposit is credited in full toward your final price.
Facade washing and add-ons: paid at checkout when you book.

2. Your price is locked in

Before installation we confirm your roofline, footage and final price with you. If the measured footage on install day differs from your approved quote by more than 5%, we tell you the new price and start only after you approve it. At 5% or less, your price does not change.

3. Cancelling a lighting order

Within 3 business days of booking: full refund of your deposit.
More than 21 days before your install date: full refund of your deposit, minus the cost of any materials already ordered or cut for your home.
Less than 21 days before your install date: the deposit is non-refundable, because materials are prepared and crew time is reserved for you.
If we cannot install at your home (for example, the roof is not suitable), we refund your deposit in full.

4. Rescheduling

You can move your install date free of charge if you tell us at least 72 hours ahead. Weather delays are rescheduled at no cost.

5. Facade washing

Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your visit for a full refund.
If you are not satisfied with a cleaned area, tell us within 7 days and we will re-clean it.

6. Problems after installation

Issues after sign-off are covered by our warranty (5-year product, 1-year labor). We repair or replace covered parts rather than refund installed work.

7. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
